YOGA CLASSES IN ENGLISH 


Our yoga association is arranging private or group yoga classes in English in a pleasant environment, located just outside the city center. Classes are conducted by licenced yoga instructors. 

Terms and conditions of the classes are to be arranged with the yoga instructor and are adjusted to the particular needs of students.

All classes are on our premises (for legal entities yoga can be practiced on their premises).

Different kinds of yoga are offered:

If you have any of these symptoms, we suggest you start practicing yoga: 

  • Recurring pains in your back, neck orshoulders… (due to too much sitting at your desk and in front of yourcomputer),
